Shipping

Currently, I ship just within the USA and Canada. Please message me if you would like an item shipped to any other country.

Orders will be shipped via priority mail. A flat rate shipping cost has been added to each item, depending on its size and weight.

FedEx or UPS may be requested at an additional cost.

Packaging and Recycling

Please take care when opening your package. I use lots of protective wrapping and layers to protect my artwork, so that it reaches you in the best possible condition. Please be careful not to damage the items when working with sharp objects and cutting implements to open the packaging.

For larger pieces, such as art on canvas, I may use cardboard to protect the front and back of the piece. I reuse cardboard to cut down on waste – much of it is from boxes containing deliveries made to my home. As a result, the cardboard may have writing and printing on it.

I tend to use lots of bubble-wrap to ensure your item reaches you safe and sound. I also use a lot of packing tape to ensure your item is tightly packed and kept in place within its packaging. Therefore, please take care – especially when using sharp objects and cutting implements – to ensure you do not scratch or damage the artwork while opening.

Please consider recycling or reusing these packaging materials and spreading the word. Thank you!

Caring for Your Item

Resin – Resin should be treated like glass. To clean a resin painting, use a soft/microfibre cloth and use small circular motions to clean the surface of the painting.

You can use warm water and even window or glass cleaner to clean your resin painting.

Please do not use solvent cleaners or cleaning products with harsh chemicals as these will damage the item!

Varnish Paintings – Wipe over the surface with a lint-free cloth. Make sure it is clean and dry.

Storage – If a painting must be stored or moved, please cover it using acid free tissue, followed by plastic film. Do not wrap tightly as to seal in moisture.

Please do not use bubble wrap as the bubbles can imprint into the canvas or resin!

Imperfections

Each piece of artwork is made with a lot of love and care and receives my full attention. However, the items may still contain minor imperfections.

For example, though resin has an overall smooth and shiny finish, it may still have small imperfections on the surface, such as fine bubbles, ripples or small particles that have found their way on to the painting and cured with the resin during its drying stage.

You can request more photos or even a ‘flyover video’ to see every aspect of the piece before you buy it. Please send me a message and I will do the needful.

Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges at present, so please read the full description carefully before purchasing an item. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me prior to ordering.

Damage and Insurance

Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your item during transit by the delivery company. I use lots of protective measures and packaging to ensure your item reaches you safely.

Priority Mail Express comes with an insurance cover of $100 and Priority Mail comes with a cover of $50.

I am happy to arrange for additional insurance if you would prefer this and are willing to bear the extra cost. Please message me with your request and I will arrange this for you.
